Monitoring – To serve as a watchdog to help monitor proposed demolitions of historic structures and to raise public awareness of them through a transparent process.

Management – To help facilitate community input for new development by fostering dialogues towards thoughtful design that is contextually sensitive to the surrounding built environment and its residents.
